Confirmation of registration

Due to the limited number of available seats (max 24 persons), the attendance in the course will become final as soon as the payment has been received by the Virtual Colonoscopy Academy provided that there are still places available. Prior to course commencement you will receive a course acceptance letter/email, a receipt and any other information relevant to the course. Cancellation Policy

You may be prevented from attending a course due to unforeseen circumstances. If you notify us in writing of your cancellation at least 2 months prior to the course, you will be refunded the registration cost in full. If notification is received within 2 months to 14 days before the course, an administration fee of 100,- Euros will be charged. We regret that no refunds can be made if notice of cancellation is received less than 14 days before the course. The minimum number of participants is 10. If this number is not met, the course will be cancelled. All participants that have already arranged their payment will be contacted and offered a refund.

Virtual Colonoscopy Academy will not be responsible for other associated expenses.
